Second step:iron wire rod drawing, then the iron wire rod turn the dia you need for Galvanized straight cut wire& black annealed straight cut wire .

Third step:annealing ,we get the black straight cut wire.

Fourth step:rust removing , we use Anti-rust oil ,not Waste engine oil .Then we got finished black straight cut wire.

other steps: acid washing ,boiling ,drying ,zinc feeding to wire coating .

At last: we get the Galvanized straight cut wire& black annealed straight cut wire .
